margin:0px auto 10px; text-align:center;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 135px; height: 200px;" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjJafCIsiC6jem4w4keDJ2dwOYV32wIiM6Wu7q4NzdOe5436kVS_y21ig69EfzV7IL57lqXeoWj1ZWmmOnbfFPDhTGf80H-z1CBZCywnm_3w3XiLT2LYDeNBvbjnMyZotKCz2solA/s200/2008_the_curious_case_of_benjamin_button_poster.jpg" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5281042760857932562" /></a><br /><br />The Curious case of Benjamin Button is the much talked about movie starring Brad Pitt and Cate Blanchett.<br /><br />It's about this guy who ages backwards.Which means that when he was a new born,he looks like he's 80 years old,with his face all wrinkly and crumpled.And then as he becomes older,his face looks younger.<br /><br />When I saw the trailer on ET,the first thought that came to my mind was,'This is so much like the Andy Lau's show,童梦奇缘!'<br /><br />They are similar in a sense that both aged like nobody's business in a short span of time.But the difference is that Andy Lau's character ate some weird stuff but Benjamin Button didn't.I so happened to like 童梦奇缘,as I feel that the movie holds some very important messages behind the whole story.<br /><br />Of course with Brad Pitt and Cate Blanchett helming the film,it makes the star power much more forceful as compared to some other Z list actor starring in the show.<br /><br />Critics were talking about how CGI effects became a very crucial factor for this show.The reason being Brad Pitt can't possibly have a 20 yrs old chap face when he's now in his 40s.<br /><br />And then,some pundits were saying perhaps they can use the same special effects on Jacob Black,so that there won't be a need to change the lead to some other actor who is much older than the current Jacob Black in Twilight.<br /><br />Yup.The movie studio is planning to switch the current Jacob Black to somebody else for New Moon.Reason being the current Jacob Black is too young and they don't think that he and Kirsten Stewart possess enough omph to carry the next movie.<br /><br />After reading the article,warning bells sounded in my head.<br /><br />PLS DUN CHANGE ANY OF THE CAST!!<br /><br />I mean we're all so used to their faces now.Wouldn't it be weird if there's a new face for Jacob Black?<br /><br />I wonder why I've such strong feelings of discontentment for this decision.Even though I was sorely disappointed by the 1st movie.<br /><br />I think it's the book.<br /><br />It's all about the book I guess.<br /><br /><br /><br /><br /><br /><br /><br /><br />I suddenly remembered Cameron Diaz's occupation in The Holiday.<br /><br />She's a trailer maker.<br /><br />As in she makes movie trailers for a living.<br /><br />The thought occurred to me when I was browsing through several movie trailers.<br /><br />I was thinking to myself,'How cool it will be to make all these trailers!'<br /><br />I mean,the decision to watch some movies are based solely on the movie trailers.<br /><br />And then when you finally get to watch the movie,you realised that the movie is crap.<br /><br />One very good eg that I have is PROM NIGHT.<br /><br />The trailer made the movie really scary.But then when I watched it,I was totally not scared!<br /><br />So you see,the job of a trailer maker is actually quite stressful.You're in charge of making the audience believe that a crappy movie is worth your $6.<br /><br />It's the same for people who write blurbs for books.<br /><br />I'm one who rents a book simply by reading the blurbs.If it interest me,then bravo!<br /><br />It'll be nice to make friends with these people.<div style="clear:both;
