padding: 5px 5px 5px 5px;"> <span style="float: right;"><font class="daisies">take the initiative, can or not??????!!!!!!!</font></spaN><BR> <font class="peonies">Thursday, September 07, 2006</font><br><br> <div style="clear:both;"></div>You know after you formed a group with a whole bunch of strangers,there are so many things you need to worry about.Like whether they're going to be efficient,whether they'll be as motivated as you are,blah blah blah.......<br /><br />I do care a lot about all of these stuff.But the thing I CANNOT tolerate is when NO ONE TAKES THE INITIATIVE!!!!!<br /><br />No one wants to set a date to meet up,no one wants to do a contact list,no one wants to discuss the topics they want to do,no one wants to talk about the concept.......<br /><br />Am I like the suay-est person or what?Always meeting all this kind of people.<br /><br />I'm the one doing all these things.I TOOK THE INITIATIVE.If not,I don't think any progress would have been made.<br /><br />My sis encountered the exact same problem as me when she was in NUS too.Since we're both of the same mould,ie we simply cannot sit there and wait for things to happen.We took matters into our own hands.Yes,both of us took the initiative to do all that.<br /><br />I don't know whether this means I'll be regarded as the leader or not,since I'm the one who's contacting everyone to meet up and all that.<br /><br />I don't mind being a leader,since I hadn't been 1 since eons ago.<br /><br />But what I detest is everyone waiting for someone to make the 1st move,and they themselves not taking the 1st step.<br /><br />Arrgh!!!!!NUS really opened my eyes to lots of things.The real world is indeed ugly.<br /><br />Ok,I'm inching closer to the reality,and further away from my la la land.<br /><br />Thank goodness 1 of my grp mates thanked me for my initiative!<br /><br />I felt so comforted.<div style="clear:both;
