padding: 5px 5px 5px 5px;"> <span style="float: right;"><font class="daisies">Prime</font></spaN><BR> <font class="peonies">Thursday, April 20, 2006</font><br><br> <div style="clear:both;"></div>Yup,was watching Prime just now and it set me thinking.<br /><br />The movie is about this woman who's 37 falling in love with this boy(I know this is totally unneccessary,but he's got a GREAT body)who's 23.<br /><br />So the movie talked about the usual stuff that obstructs this age barrier relationship.Like the types of friends they have,their religious beliefs,their lifestyles,and most importantly,their plans for the future.<br /><br />It's kinda obvious that the woman wants to have a baby and the boy doesn't.<span style="font-style: italic;"></span>I mean,he's still a boy and wants to go out and see the world,while on the other hand,the woman has already a whole chunk of lifestories that is enough to write a book.Thus,this and many other factors drift them apart.<br /><br />One point was brought up,ie: <span style="font-weight: bold;font-size:180%;" >A relationship does not only contain love,it involves work as well.</span><br /><br />I'm not a relationship guru or anything,but I do find this sentence somewhat appropriate.<br /><br />I used to think that as long as a couple is in love,they can overcome everything.I know I know,I'm very unrealistic.But that was what i thought.<br /><br />Indeed,true love never runs smooth.<br /><br />I've always been very curious about this kind of relationship.As in,those couples with a huge age gap and still got married.I wanted to understand what was the big hoo-ha about the age difference,bcoz honestly,I used to think that age doesn't make much of a difference to a relationship.<br /><br />After watching this movie,I realised that this kind of relationship involves lots of heavy responsibilites.Like supporting a family,stepping up to be a man.It makes the younger party grow up fast.<br /><br />On a lighter note,I miss using my brains.Yes,can you believe it?After 2 years of brain exhaustion in JC,I actually wish to activate my brain again.So I've resorted to reading Dan Brown's Angels and Demons.That book is really content heavy,my brain cells are offically reactivated now.<br /><br />I'm a happy girl!!!!!!!!!!!<br /><br />Oh!!!!!!!My sis introduced me to Mr Brown's podcast.Oh my god,he and Mr Miyagi are so laugh out funny lor.They really can talk cock.I laughed till my eyes got all watery and my stomach all cramped up.<div style="clear:both;
